FRENCH LICK RESORT       Charity Classic         July 31st through August 6th, 2023

Details for Volunteers:

The biggest event in the history of the LPGA’s Epson Tour is coming again this summer to the Pete Dye Course at French Lick. The French Lick Resort Charity Classic is set for July 31st – August 6th, and we’d love to have you join us as a tournament volunteer. This tournament will be the premier event of the Epson Tour, the official Road to the LPGA, with 144 ladies participating to win a share of a purse of $335,000—the largest purse in the tour’s 43 year history.

The Volunteer fee is $50 and will include a shirt and cap in addition to the rounds at the course. Meals and refreshments for volunteers will be provided as in the past! Additional shirts can be purchased for $25 each, and additional hats for $15 each. You will be able to register on the tournament website and pay via Paypal, or check by mail.

For each JOB you volunteer you will receive a free round at the Donald Ross. A Job is a DAY, up to 6 hours. If you cannot commit to 6 hours, you will not qualify for the free round of golf. All volunteers must REGISTER with their Captains in the cart building. This will be required of all volunteers and mandatory to receive free rounds.

VOLUNTEERS WHO WORK ALL FOUR DAYS OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY DAY OF PLAY AT THE PETE DYE COURSE, IN ADDITION TO THEIR ROSS ROUNDS.

All free rounds of golf must be redeemed by December 31, 2024.

You may complete an application by using the volunteer link. Please do not share this link as it is being sent to all volunteers of the 2022 Epson Tour.

Deadline for registration will be May 30, 2023.

As always, there will be a volunteer appreciation event at the conclusion of the tournament on SUNDAY August 6th. Details to be announced at a later date!

We hope to have you join us for this year’s tournament.

We will not be sending out schedule until all positions are filled. If you are not selected for your day you requested you will be notified immediately, not necessarily position you requested.
